About Our Unique Training Program

Welcome to the National Gutter Alliance (NGA) Training Program – the gateway to becoming a skilled and proficient gutter installer. Our comprehensive five-day training course, is held in Memphis, Tennessee. This program is unique to the industry, and is meticulously designed to equip our installers with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in the field.

The program kicks off with three days of intensive in-classroom training, where trainees delve into the intricacies of using and maintaining a seamless gutter machine. Our seasoned instructors guide participants through every aspect of the machine's operation, ensuring a deep understanding of its functionalities. From the fundamentals of machine setup to troubleshooting common issues, our goal is to empower our installers with the skills to handle any situation they may encounter on the job.

Following the classroom sessions, trainees spend the next two days in the field, applying their newfound knowledge in a practical setting. This hands-on experience allows them to refine their techniques and gain confidence in installing gutters seamlessly and efficiently. Our commitment to hands-on training ensures that our installers are well-prepared to provide top-notch service to our clients.

All trainees must complete the course and demonstrate proficiency on site to our rigorous standards to graduate to installing for customers. We continue to perform quality assurance checks periodically to ensure they adhere to NGA standards.
